Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements will be accepted only if:

You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof of damage.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used tea packs.

Products returned without original packaging.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will:

Initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
